To foster continued growth between Carroll University and our partners, we offer professional development services centered on the value of equity in organizational culture. These services aim to build awareness, provide application to adopt practices and tools, and offer guidance in the integration and assessment of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) work.

Carroll University’s Vice President for Institutional Inclusion, Mohammed I. T. Bey has over 20 years working with organizations to foster inclusion and build equity-minded cultures. Vice President Bey works to meet the diverse needs of your workforce, and seeks to provide a blueprint that will generate a long-term impact on your organization’s culture.

Mohammed I.T. Bey, MS, is the Vice President for Institutional Inclusion at Carroll University. Mohammed started his tenure in higher education in 2006 and has experience working in the four-year private/public and two-year technical/community realms. His background in higher education spans from Admissions and Financial Aid, Student Affairs, Academic Affairs, and Human Resources to currently serving as a member of the President’s Cabinet overseeing efforts related to equity and social justice. Prior to 2006, Mohammed worked in manufacturing and has extensive experience leading professional development opportunities throughout the State of Wisconsin and beyond.
 
Mohammed holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Quality from Marian University of Fond du Lac. He also has plans to finish his doctorate in Leadership and Learning, which he began at Vanderbilt University. Mohammed is a Certified Kohler Company Facilitator, proficient with both small and large group dynamics.
